What I Do

As an instructional designer, I shape the development of impactful learning experiences and materials across diverse settings, including classrooms, online platforms, and corporate training environments. This role combines elements of things I enjoy:  creativity, psychology, collaboration, and a deep sense of care for the learners' journey. 

At its core, it's about empowering people. This field allows me to leverage my creative skills to design engaging graphic elements, instructional materials, and dynamic e-learning experiences, as well as designing and facilitating fun and interactive instructor-led training sessions that help others grow and unlock their potential.
